GRID BURNER TYPE FB

Our FB type grid burner is charac­te­rized by low pressure drop and is designed for complete and even combustion of gaseous fuels with turbine exhaust gas as oxygen carrier. As a rule, turbine exhaust gases contain suffi­cient oxygen. Since there is a large amount of exhaust gas in relation to the fuel gas, the burner is installed directly in the exhaust gas stream.

The grid burner is available for a maximum firing thermal capacity of 5 to 100 MW in exhaust gas operation. It essen­tially consists of one or more burner elements which can be switched on or off independently of each other, either indivi­dually or in groups. All burner elements incl. associated ignition burners in each burner group are usually operated simul­ta­neously.
